Exciting News, I have a band! Well the start of a really good one! I have teamed up with another musician from Lansing Adam Ross and his Wife Stephanie. Adam is also out there streaming and has 20+ years of guitar, gigging and recording experience. Stephanie is a pianist with over 40 years' experience. Still looking for Drums, Bass, Lead guitar, Backup singers etc. For now, we will use backing tracks to our guitars and her keys. Practice began last week and went very well. We will do Country covers and my songs. Hopefully sneak a couple of Adam's as well. 

“It’s Okay!” It is a very personal song that I am sure all my followers can relate to or have related to at a point in their lives. I had a sister-in-law who was dying of cancer, and her kids are very important to me. She meant so much to me as well. She was the perfect sister as she gave me crap, as I did her, and we still told each other I love you after it was over. I had these lyrics in my head but had not been able to quite form them. The day she passed, we went to grab quick groceries, I had been using Ai to get music put to my lyrics. So, I stayed in the car and started putting these lyrics together and did what I usually do. In ten minutes, my wife came out and the song was complete! Of course, I had five versions but two of them were incredible, this was the best. I played it for everyone at the funeral the next day to hopefully give them peace that she was “okay!”

All my songs are original lyrics and copyrighted through the library of congress. I record at SWS recordings in Novi Michigan Where the Studio musicians Brandon, Joe, Emma, Henry, Fatima, and Sean do an amazing job replicating the Ai music and adding beautiful added touches. We have also recorded an Original “How can you leave, with all original music and my lyrics.

"Hurricane," is a fun song that has Cajun fiddle and a lot of action going on in it, with fun fast lyrics. It's a song about a woman that terrorizes all the cowboys in town! Another fun end of summer song! I really hit the low road on my vocal range to make it more fun and not take myself so seriously. It is one of my favorite songs to sing as it can be a bit of a tongue twister, sing along and try to keep up, lol. This song is about how even after a breakup, so many memories are left behind in a home. You can ask someone to leave but do they really ever say goodbye as those memories are everywhere you look! I blended this song with country lyrics, pop beats and strong rock guitar solos. It's a perfect song to crank up the radio to during the sizzling summer nights!
